Creative Direction, Branded Content and Team Building.

I was asked by Rational to help create a creative team to support T-Mobile’s digital studio as they expanded and took on more of T-Mobiles owned channel responsibilities. We would be responsible for T-Mobile.com content development for the Uncarrier brand. We put together a great crew of 14 creatives with a unique production process tailored to provide fast creative content at a high quality for the T-Mobile team.

For 1 year we supported the T-Mobile studio team as we tested process and helped them stand up their new internal team. Several of our team members went on to join the T-Mobile studio team once they were up and running. We had a ton of fun.

The below is an example of the type of branded content assets the team would create. Oftentimes negative space was left for messaging once it’s incorporated into the site.
