Broadcast and Integrated Digital Campaigns
I was Publicis Seattle’s first Sr. Integrated Art Director. My team was responsible for launching the new Sidekick by LG. It was a legacy product targeted at young people who may have had a Sidekick as thier first phone. The all new Sidekick’s claim to fame was its speed and unique graphic interface.
To show off it’s speed we brought in a speed rapper and to show off it unique UI we created a custom graphics system. This campaign also featured and integrated X-box digital campaign platform where users could vote on their favorite bands. A battle style promotion called “Live Rising”. The campaign was a massive success. Helping quickly sell out the Sidekick and winning some awards.
